A generator for high-concentration ozone requires the supply of oxygen. You can produce oxygen out of these concentrators from ambient air. The oxygen concentrator can be purchased with or without compressor and are recommended for use with our ICT and DCT ozone generator series. It is recommended to install filters such as water, oil and dehumidifier on the inlet of an oxygen concentrator.

The Advanced Technology Fractionators® (ATF) oxygen modules incorporate proven pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principles into a unique patented design, which allows these systems to be compact, efficient, rugged, and lower in cost. The ATF module offers unparalleled design flexibility and enables applications where on-site/onboard oxygen generation was previously impractical. A patented single rotary distribution valve built into the ATF module is continuously rotated at low speed by a small motor. The valve is maintenancefree, self-cleaning, insensitive to contamination, and invulnerable to wear. It sequentially directs the flow of compressed air to a group of four sieve beds (adsorption), while at the same time another four beds are purged into the atmosphere though the valve (desorption). The remaining four of the twelve beds are interconnected through the valve to equalize pressure as the sieve beds sequentially transition between adsorption and desorption. The small amplitude pressure swings generated by the ATF’s twelve sieve beds eliminate loud noise pulses, eliminate the need for a pressure regulator, and reduce compressor wear.

Each member of the Quad Family utilizes patented Advanced Technology Fractionator® (ATF) modules connected together in a subsystem. When used with oil-less compressed air, Quads deliver high oxygen flows and concentration without high cost. Quads can be matched with dry, oilless appropriate compressed air sources. Quad oxygen concentrators offer the same design simplicity as the ATF and build upon it by connecting four modules together to produce four times as much oxygen. As with the ATF, the Quad is easy to install and requires virtually no maintenance. Simply plug in and connect the compressed air source. Quad includes an oxygen concentration monitor, pressure gauges, and a flow meter. To operate, turn the flow meter to the appropriate oxygen level and receive a smooth, steady supply of oxygen.

The Workhorse-23 Profile is a revolutionary oxygen concentrator system that provides 11 LPM (23 SCFH) of oxygen (including an oil-less compressor onboard) in the same space as the previous generation conventional two-bed 6 and 7 LPM (12 and 15 SCFH) systems. The Centrox is an oxygen concentrator ideal for use in many applications. The Reliant is an oxygen concentrator ideal for use in small clinics. The Reliant’s ability to deliver up to 95.5% oxygen concentration at flows of up to 8 LPM (17 SCFH) make it a great fit for many applications requiring up to 50 psig (345 kPa). An optional module enables the Reliant to supply 8 LPM of compressed, dried, and filtered medical air. Under normal operation, the Reliant is toggled between supplying either oxygen or compressed medical air. The presence of an internal oxygen storage tank and an optional auxiliary oxygen receiver, allows the Reliant to temporarily supply oxygen while simultaneously producing medical air. The duration for such dual mode operation is limited by the size of oxygen storage tanks and the oxygen use rate. This simultaneous dual-supply mode enables the Reliant to briefly provide medical air without an interruption to the flow of oxygen.

Using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, the Model OG-15 extracts oxygen from the atmosphere, concentrating it to 93% (± 3%) purity, and delivering the oxygen to any application. The OG-15 is built on a powder coated steel chassis. Its anodized aluminum sieve beds are fitted with custom molded composite end caps for years of reliable service. With a lighted on/off switch, integrated control panel, digital hours meter, custom flow gauges and controls, the OG-15 is truly user friendly. Just plug it in, turn it on, and set the desired pressure and flow. Check and clean the inlet air filter every six months, and you’re done. The zeolite sieve (which actually separates oxygen from nitrogen) is regenerative, and does not need to be replaced for the life of the unit. The Model OG-15 was made easy to operate. All of the controls are on the front panel. The power switch, hoursmeter, gauges, regulator and flowmeter are easy to view and/or manipulate.

Evolved from the extremely popular OG-15 model, the OG-20 extracts oxygen from the atmosphere, concentrates it to 93% (± 3%) purity, and delivers the oxygen to any application. The OG-20 offers up to 25% more oxygen flow rate and delivery pressure. The OG-20’s built-in adjustable regulator allows you to set the oxygen delivery pressure according to your requirements. The 0.3 hp oilless piston air compressor maintains an internal pressure of less than 220 kPa (32 psi) and delivers an optimal flow of oxygen at up to 138 kPa (20 psig). With a lighted on/off switch, integrated control panel, digital hours meter, custom flow gauges and controls, the OG-20 is truly userfriendly. Just plug it in, place the on/off switch in the “on” position, and set your oxygen delivery flow and pressure. The molecular sieve/zeolite (which separates the oxygen from nitrogen) is regenerative, and should not need to be replaced for the life of the unit under normal operating conditions.
