Bad smell in garbage rooms?

Garbage rooms, garbage sorting and similar spaces have naturally often bad odor. The smell makes the tenants, or other users of the garbage room, negative towards using the room. Problems with smell from the grease trap?

A grease trap should be installed if there is a risk of more than negligible amounts of fat flushed away. For buildings that have restaurants and caterers as tenants an installed grease trap are required in most cases. 

Fat in wastewater causes problems in sewage pipes and pumping stations. The fat accumulates in the sewer system and can cause blockage of flood damage and the release of untreated sewage as a result. When accumulated fat are broken down by bacteria in an oxygen-deficient environment hydrogen sulphide are emitted, a corrosive gas that destroys piping etc. Hydrogen sulphide is a strong foul smelling gas that is often compared to rotten eggs. The formation of hydrogen sulfide causes risks both of corrosion in pipes and risks of the working environment.

By adding ozone, the amount of hydrogen sulphide in the off-gas from the grease trap can be reduced. No expensive solutions for removing the off-gas needs to be designed. By oxidizing the odorants the air can be released at street level, without creating discomfort for the residents.

Mold remediation in harsh environments

Mold spores are not only the reason behind bad odor, but is also a source of ill-health and can lead to the development of allergies. In poorly ventilated areas with increased humidity can mold easily form and cause trouble long before it is visible to the eye.

Effective odor removal after fire

The emotional values that are destroyed in these fires are irreplaceable but everything that has been fire damage is not beyond redemption.

A prerequisite for an effective energy recovery are clean exhaust ducts and fan units. It's the fat that makes it to the restaurant kitchens, but fat can be reduced by ozone.
