Effective stop for odor emissions at rebuilt biogas plant

Ozonation and Nodora ADS solved the odor problem

The company produces biogas and biodiesel from a combined plant for treatment of organic residues from food industry. Their key industrial stages are a continuous dry anaerobic digestion process and a supercritical esterification process. The treatment capacity is about 20,000 tons per year of residues, producing 200 m3/h of biogas raw gas.

No more odors from the 1900th century restaurant

Restaurant Godthem, on the Royal Djurgården, opened 1897. They installed a grease trap hundred years later when it became mandatory. Since then grease started to accumulate and cause odor problems. These were easily solved by installing an ozone solution for air purification.

Case with detailed graphs comparing H2S concentrations before and after we were called in 

This case from a wastewater treatment plant includes interesting treatment results. The concentrations of hydrogen sulfide were measured three times: with no air treatment, with the former supplier’s ozone treatment and with our ozone treatment. The RENA Pro system solved the task, the H2S concentration dropped 87% - have a look.
